From Phat to Fab Post: 1


SOOOOOOOO, Here's my first post on my diet blog!  (AGAIN) I've been using this as my blog for a while... I post a ton of things on here. Anything from my fashion obsession to my hockey hubby, and everything in between. I was thinking of starting another for just weight loss, and if I do I will let you know. I guess it depends on if anyone really follows me or not over here. If you guys would like a all Fitness and Flab blogger then I'll change it but for now here I am!

I'm starting this weight loss journey with (are you ready??) a WHOPPING 210lbs to lose! YIKES when you say it like that it's CRAZY! But, that's my ending goal. I want to weigh what my Drivers Licence says, not what I really weigh. So, it's time to get on this.

I always get a little to do list ready when I start something big. It helps me get my ass in gear, and it helps me keep my mind focused on what I need to do. Just an outline of what I need and want. Here we go.

TO-DO's:
  1. Make an apt. with a personal trainer just for a few sessions so that I can work out at home better, and/or get my gym membership.
  2. Go serious food shopping
  3. Talk to rebecca at Jenny again just to get started.
  4. Check into some dance classes around here.
  5. Take starting pictures and Measurements.

List Of promises to myself:
  1. Promise that you are going to do this... stop with this 'tomorrows another day' and start NOW! I know it's good to know that you can start over everyday if you mess up, but if u keep messing up and starting over then whats the point JUST DO IT MICHELLE AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES!
  2. You are allowed to pig out at the cheesecake factory and ONLY The cheesecake factory. Everywhere else you WILL mind your P's and Q's you got that lady! UNLESS you are on vacation, and/or it's a VERY special occasion and that IS IT! *this will be monitored on what is technically a 'special occasion' if friends and family see that it isn't then there will be NO cheating*
  3. You will set little goals... that all make you take the right path to your big goal. First? Lose 50lbs by July 20th. You better weigh your ass on July 19th and it BETTER SAY THAT U ARE 50lbs LIGHTER!
  4. You will work out 5 days a week for at least 30 mins each day.
